Brooklyn Ribbon Fries is the idea of a simple and delicious food vendor devised by Kiyo Shinoki. Kiyo, a chef residing in Brooklyn, thought of a specialty brand serving ribbon fries and home made ginger ale.
Brooklyn Ribbon Fries (B.R.F) first opened a vendor on October 2012 at a place called 246common in Omotesando, Tokyo.
