Nagaya is a brand of amazake and koji seasonings made from rice koji.
The craftsmen of a soy sauce shop with a history of over 100 years in Ishikawa Prefecture, where fermentation culture has long been rooted, have put their knowledge and skills into this product with the hope of making something old and good fit into the “daily life” of today and the future.
