職人が厳選したお米から丹念に手仕込みした麹を使用し、化学調味料や保存料不使用の醤油麹です。
醤油に麹の自然な甘みが合わさり、旨味と麹のもつ働きが普段のお料理を簡単に格上げしてくれます。
醤油麹には、麹に含まれる旨味成分のグルタミンが塩麹の約10倍含まれており、筋肉の分解抑制効果や消化機能のサポート、免疫力アップなどに効果的です。
普段のお醤油を醤油麹に変えるだけで、お料理がおいしくなるだけでなく、腸内環境も整えられます。

Soy sauce koji made by fermenting Japanese round soy sauce with koji.

This soy sauce koji is made from koji carefully hand-prepared by artisans from carefully selected rice, and contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives.
The natural sweetness of koji is combined with soy sauce, and the umami taste and the functions of koji easily elevate everyday dishes.
Soy sauce koji contains about 10 times more glutamine, a flavor component of koji, than salt koji, and is effective in inhibiting muscle breakdown, supporting digestive functions, and boosting immunity.
Just by replacing your regular soy sauce with soy sauce koji, you can not only make your dishes tastier, but also improve your gut health.

Nagaya
Nagaya is a brand of amazake and koji seasonings made from rice koji.
