塩麹は、米麹と塩、水のシンプルな原料でつくられており、麹菌や酵素の働きを手軽に
取り入れることができる発酵調味料です。
お魚やお肉に漬け込んでから焼いていただくと、素材のタンパク質を旨みに変えてくれる
ため、普段の料理が一味違うクオリティに仕上がります。
また、お米を炊飯する際に、１合につき大さじ１杯入れて炊飯すると、ふっくら味わい深く炊き上がるため、そのまま握って塩おむすびとしてもおいしくお召し上がりいただけます。
普段のお料理にひと手間加えるだけで、大人から子供まで身体にもやさしいお料理が簡単に完成します。
