2002 年の創業以来、レストランやカフェへスペシャルティコーヒーを提供している。仕入れ先のコーヒー農園を視察するなど、生豆の情報も収集し、豆の選定から行っています。厳しく選定した生豆は、カフェに隣接する焙煎工房のセラーで温度や湿度を徹底管理。お客様に最良の状態でお届けできるよう、「味」と向き合いながら焙煎やブレンドを行っています。また焙煎直後にも品質と味の確認を行い、合格したコーヒーのみを出荷しています。

Since its founding in 2002, Cafe ROSTRO has been a dedicated provider of specialty
coffee to premier restaurants and cafes. Their commitment begins at the source,
personally visiting coffee estates to gather firsthand information and select only the finest green beans. These strictly vetted beans are then stored in a climate-controlled cellar
adjacent to their cafe, where temperature and humidity are meticulously managed.
To ensure every cup reaches the customer in peak condition, they approach roasting and blending with an unwavering focus on flavor. Each batch undergoes a rigorous quality and taste assessment immediately after roasting, with only the finest coffee earning the right
to be shipped.
