2002 年の創業以来、レストランやカフェへスペシャルティコーヒーを提供している。仕入れ先のコーヒー農園を視察するなど、生豆の情報も収集し、豆の選定から行っています。厳しく選定した生豆は、カフェに隣接する焙煎工房のセラーで温度や湿度を徹底管理。お客様に最良の状態でお届けできるよう、「味」と向き合いながら焙煎やブレンドを行っています。また焙煎直後にも品質と味の確認を行い、合格したコーヒーのみを出荷しています。

Cafe ROSTRO
Since its founding in 2002, Cafe ROSTRO has been a premier provider of specialty coffee to high-end restaurants and cafes. Their process begins at the source; they personally visit coffee estates to gather information and select only the finest green beans.
These strictly selected beans are stored in a climate-controlled cellar adjacent to the café, where temperature and humidity are rigorously managed. To ensure every customer receives coffee in its peak condition, the roasting and blending processes are treated as a
constant dialogue with flavor. Only the batches that pass a final quality and taste
inspection immediately after roasting are cleared for shipment.
