Raw honey with an elegant, robust, and intense flavor

Raw honey, carefully produced as to not lower the essential value of honey, is ripened without heating to increase the sugar content and prevent the loss of nutrients, giving it a fresh and rich taste.

This honey is harvested from honeybees raised deep in the mountains, where many virgin forests remain, has a clear sweetness and a refreshing flavor like tea leaves.
It is especially good with yogurt and is also recommended for use as a sweetener in beverages such as herbal tea, coffee, hot cocoa, and milk.

Kanjukuya
Kanjukuya was born out of a desire to help revitalize the marginalized community of Sadamisaki, Ehime Prefecture, where the decline of primary industry due to aging has left young people without employment opportunities.

Through coexistence with honeybees, they hope to expand sustainable habitats that does not destroy the ecosystem, conveying the goodness of honey produced by bees as it is, and create high quality products that can be loved for a long time which can help lead to the revitalization of the local community.
